How do I return my order?

- Due to the hygienic nature of our products, we cannot accept physical returns or exchanges.
In Store Purchases
- If you made an in-store purchase, please contact the Makery directly, and they can help with a refund or exchange. Contact information for the Makery at which you purchased can be found here.

Online Purchases
- Shipping Orders
If you placed an order online (www.buffcitysoap.com), please review your order when it arrives and contact us here within 30 days if an item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product. We will do our best to help make sure you are happy with your order!– Photos of the package and damaged product are required. Please include them when contacting our team for a faster resolution.
– If the package has been delivered to the correct address but has been stolen from the delivery location, Buff City Soap is not responsible for replacing or refunding this package.
– If you paid a shipping charge on your original order, shipping charges are not refundable.
- Buy Online Pickup in Store Orders
If you placed a Buy Online, Pickup In-Store order, please directly contact the Makery that is completing your order for assistance or to inquire about a refund.– Contact information for the Makery you are picking up your order from is provided in your order status emails or can be found here.

What happens if I enter my address incorrectly?
Please double-check that your shipping information (address, unit, zip code, etc.) is correct before completing checkout. No alterations can be made once an order is placed.
Buff City Soap is not responsible for items delivered to an incorrect address due to guest or an autofill error. A refund or replacement will not be issued
Where does Buff City Soap ship to?
We are only able to ship to the contiguous United States at this time. We definitely hope to expand our shipping area in the not-too-distant future! Stay tuned!
What is the shipping rate for orders?
Our standard shipping rate is a flat rate of $9.99.

What should I do if my liquid laundry soap arrives frozen?
Unfortunately, freezing can happen during transit. The quality and effectiveness of the product will not be affected, whether it has fragrance or not. Simply allow the soap to thaw naturally at room temperature, gently shake once it’s fully thawed, and then it’s ready to use.
